Newabreak: Terrorists invade Kogi, kidnap students at Exam hall

Terrorists have invaded a school in Kogi State, Western Nigeria kidnapping students writing their NECO examinations.
The terrorists shot sporadically into the sky as awed pupils, all in their teens scrambled out of the classrooms in their bid to escape.
The attack took place at a Government owned Secondary School located in Odo-Ekina, in the Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Dekina is a community owned by Igala ethnic group.
The terrorists abducted four pupils and some teachers, Irohinoodua was informed.
Among those abducted was the school principal and a National Examinations Council (NECO) official.
“The armed men came in the evening. They were armed to the teeth. They shot several times. They took at least four students away including the school principal and another NECO official. They were about seven men armed with AK 47,” a local source told Irohinoodua.
The attack on Kogi comes few days after 44 students and teachers at at a secondary school at Esiele, Oyo State.
The students were rescued after 56 days of harrowing experiences.
